We purchased five bar stools from thegoodtimber.com to compliment the kitchen in our finished basement. We spared no expense in finishing the basement. As awesome as the whole project turned out, everyone that has seen our basement for the first time compliments us on the stools first! They are of unbelieveable quality and workmanship. My son's bed is AWESOME!!! I have always wanted my son to have a log bed. I have a fishing theme in his room. The bed is just what I wanted. It was easy to assemble too. I put a woolrich quilt ensemble from Target on it and it looks great. My husband said it feels like we are on vacation in a log cabin when we sit in my son's room. I just wanted to tell you how excited I was with the beds I ordered, (1212 and 1203). They are most beautiful and I love them! I have to tell this story! The order wasn't to arrive until sometime between Oct 7th and 20th. We were having a family reunion with people coming in from all over the country and from the Netherlands. I needed to fill rooms with beds by the 22nd of September at the very latest. You said you would try and let your people know. I called on Thursday the 15th to see where you were in construction. You had awesome news that the beds were finished and were to be en route on Friday! Five of us girls (well 2 were supervising!) put that bed together with one hour to spare for my guests! They absolutely loved the bed as well! So, a huge thank you for your efforts! Who does that anymore! I was extremely impressed with your service and your quality of furniture.  The bed is great, more than we expected. It's up and looks great, I don't have the money to move to the mountains where I want to retire, so Im bringing the mountains to my house. Making it into my cabin and now the custom log bed and end table will make my cabin bedroom complete. I can't say enough or explain how I feel, this bed is great. I recently purchased and received my King Aspen Bed. Only one word comes to mind...Wow!! It is one of the most beautiful pieces of furniture that I have seen in a long while. I am from Alaska, and have always loved log furniture. I have yet to see any log furniture makers outside of Alaska that have the true "knack" for rustic log style furniture until now. Bravo! Having received and assembled my new custom bed from The GoodTimber one word comes to mind...AMAZING!!! I absolutely love my new bed frame, it is very sturdy and very well made. The logs are beautiful and larger than I imagined. Assembly was very easy and I did it by myself with no help. The only thing I am worried about now is that sooner or later someone at The GoodTimber will realize that they must have made a mistake and charged me for the wrong item. I cannot believe how low the price was on this frame!!! I can honestly say that this was without doubt the best online buying experience I have ever had.
