This entire headboard built from nice-sized lodgepole pine logs. Sturdy 100% mortise & tenon construction meaning each log end is tenoned to fit inside a hole drilled in an adjoining log and then bolted together. The colors of wood may vary. Every log has its own character and characteristics so every bed is unique.
How do I attach this headboard to my metal frame?
Because of the many types of metal bed frames, this headboard does not come with hardware to attach it to a metal bed frame. Instead, we suggest three different ways of using this headboard. You can screw your metal frame directly into this headboard, using hardware appropriate for your metal frame- however, this can sometimes cause it to be wobbly. You can also bolt this headboard to the wall. We suggest, though, simply placing the headboard against the wall and wedging it between the wall and your bed. This is the most effective method and the easiest!
